Complex kidney cyst

Hyperdense lesion in right kidney is indeterminate on routine CT.

Spectral analysis shows it is hyperdense on virtual non-contrast, and has no iodine content (on iodine map and fused image), consistent with hemorrhagic cyst.

Impression is confirmed with MRI (T2W, T1W and post-contrast subtraction image shown here).
