Perineal nodule

Conventional CT shows dense nodule in perineum, location uncertain, possibly calcified.

40 keV image, by highlighting mucosal enhancement, shows nodule is in posterior wall of the vagina, approximately at 6 O'clock position.

Iodine map shows uptake consistent with vascular nodule. On physical exam, a nodule (possibly polyp) found corrseponding to exact site.
